Salla store integration — guide and support

Vilabs360 turns a plain product photo into a professional AI-generated ad visual — no photo shoots or designers needed. The app is read-only against your Salla store: it never modifies your products, prices, or stock.

Once your Salla store is connected, your products appear directly inside the platform so you can pick a product, choose an image, and generate the ad content in one click. The full flow: connect your Salla store → pick a product → create AI ad content.

• Install the Vilabs360 app from the Salla app store, or open Vilabs360 and choose “From my store” when selecting a product image.
• Click “Connect Salla store” — you will be taken to Salla's official authorisation page (accounts.salla.sa).
• Approve the requested scopes (read-only access to products and basic store settings).
• You are returned automatically to Vilabs360 with a “Store connected” confirmation, and your products are ready to pick.
• Pick the product, choose the image, then click “Generate” to launch the AI generation.

The connection is secure and signed: tokens are exchanged over HTTPS, access tokens are stored encrypted, and they never appear in the browser.

You can disconnect your store at any time. On disconnect we delete the access tokens and authentication data immediately and stop accessing your store. Images you imported earlier remain yours in your library and you can delete them whenever you like.

• From Vilabs360: open Account → Connected stores → click “Disconnect”. The access and refresh tokens are deleted right away.
• From Salla: remove the app from your store dashboard (installed apps). We receive the uninstall notification automatically and perform the same deletion.
• In both cases all access to your store stops, and we do not request your data again unless you reconnect from your side.

We request three scopes only: offline_access (to refresh tokens automatically), products.read and settings.read. All of them are read-only — we never write anything to your store.

• We read only: the store name and identifier, and the product list (name, description, images).
• We never access: customers, orders, invoices, payments, financial inventory, or any personal data belonging to your store's shoppers.
• No modification to your products: we do not change prices, stock, descriptions, or any product data, and we do not publish or delete any product.
• We do not store your catalogue: products are fetched from Salla on demand and displayed to you without being saved in our database.
• What is stored: only the single product image you choose for generation, inside your own private storage space.
• AI processing of images: the selected image may be processed by our AI providers (Google Gemini and fal.ai) to produce the ad content at your request only. It is never used to train models.
• Token encryption: access and refresh tokens are encrypted in the database and never reach the browser.

• Does the app modify my products or prices? No. The scopes are read-only and we never write to your store.
• Do generated images appear in my store automatically? No. You download them from your library and upload them yourself if you want.
• What if the connection expires? You will see a “Store connection expired” message with a “Reconnect” button.
• Can I use the platform without connecting a store? Yes — upload images manually or from a product link.
• Are my images used to train AI models? Never.
• Does the app access my customers' data? No, never. We do not request or read any customer, order, or payment data.
