Shopify store integration — usage and support guide

Vilabs360 turns a plain product photo into a professional AI ad creative. The Shopify integration is read-only: we never change your products, prices, or inventory.

Full flow: connect Shopify → import products and images → pick an image → generate AI ad content.

• Connect your Shopify store to Vilabs360 through Shopify's official OAuth authorization.
• Import products and their images to use them for AI ad generation.

Vilabs requests a single scope: read_products — reading product data and images. We never request any write scope on your store.

• Requested scope: `read_products` only.
• No access to customer data.
• No access to orders or payments.
• No store data is modified: no prices, no inventory, no products.
• What we use only: product title, description, images, and URL, to generate the ad you ask for.
• What we store only: the product image you pick for generation, inside your own storage space.

• Enter your store domain as `example.myshopify.com`, then press “Connect Shopify store” from the product source picker or from Account → Connected stores.
• Approve the requested scope (products read only) on Shopify's official authorization screen.
• Choose a product — your product list appears inside Vilabs360, ready to pick.
• Use the product to generate AI ad content in one click.

The connection is secure: tokens are exchanged over HTTPS, stored encrypted, and never exposed to the browser.

You can disconnect at any time from Account → Connected stores → Disconnect, or by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin.

• When you disconnect, the access tokens are deleted and all access to your store stops.
• Content you created inside Vilabs (such as generated images) may be retained under the privacy policy; it stays yours and you can delete it anytime.
• We never request your data again unless you reconnect.

• Does the app change my products or prices? No. The scope is read-only.
• Does the platform access my orders or customers? No, never.
• Do generated images appear in my store automatically? No. You download and upload them yourself if you want.
• What if the connection expires? You will see a message with a “Reconnect” button.
• Are my images used to train AI models? No.
