Terms of Use and Service

By using the Vilabs360 platform you acknowledge your full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any clause, please stop using the platform immediately.

The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating the account, and is solely responsible for keeping the login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from the account.

All images generated using the platform from your original images become fully your property and that of your business, and you may use them in advertising campaigns, online stores, and social platforms without any additional permission.

You alone are responsible for the rights to the content you upload: you must own the source images or hold a licence to use them, and you must hold the right to use any trademark, logo, or product appearing in them. Vilabs360 bears no responsibility for trademark or copyright infringement claims arising from content you uploaded or generated, and we may suspend any account that violates this.

Neither your images nor the generated images are used to train any artificial intelligence model. Their processing is limited to fulfilling your request within the platform only.

It is strictly prohibited to use the platform for:

• Generating unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Impersonating trademarks or individuals without permission.
• Attempting to reverse engineer the models or extract internal prompts.

Each plan is tied to a specific monthly credit allowance. Up to 30% of the plan's unused credits at most roll over to the next cycle only, and do not accumulate for more than one cycle; anything above that cap expires at the end of the cycle.

When the subscription is cancelled, the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, after which the remaining credits expire; they are not exchangeable for cash and are not transferable to another account.

The platform reserves the right to restrict abnormal or excessive automated usage in order to protect service quality for other users.

The platform relies on external AI model providers (Google Gemini and fal.ai — servers in the United States). Generation time or quality may be affected by the availability of these services. When a generation fails for technical reasons on our side, the reserved credit is automatically returned to your account.

Vilabs360 may update these terms at any time, with notice to users by email or inside the dashboard 14 days before the change takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute shall be resolved amicably first, then before the competent courts where necessary.
